Activity Overview
This is a fundraiser for our Scout Group. We require parents/adults to help with cooking, food preparation and collecting money. Food safety standards need to be adhered to. We will be selling drinks, plus sausage on bread, plus onion, plus sauce. Aprons and gloves need to be worn for most tasks.
Please bring your best manners.
We will have promotional leaflets to hand out for customers interested in trialling Scouting.
Please advise the activity coordinator, Wendy, of what times you can be there. A roster will be created so we have enough helpers throughout the day.
Preparation
Purchase of foods, drinks, serviettes and other items for the day.
Clothing & Equipment
Clean, tidy clothes and enclosed footwear is required by Bunnings.
Travel Arrangements
Each helper is to arrange their own transport to and from the activity.

Supervision
This activity will not be conducted under direct or indirect adult supervision. Both male and female leaders may or may not be present. Young children are unable to cook at the BBQ due to Bunnings safety requirements.
